My name is Jennifer, and I am the eyes behind the lens at
J. Pete Photography. My passion is photography and I enjoy telling stories through imagery. I try to capture the sweet, small moments that make up all our special memories like motherhoods warm embraces, your child's little fingers entangled in yours, belly laughs that only daddy can make come out.. I help record these precious pieces of time so they are not lost or forgotten. I capture these moments in a way that tells a story for you to visit again and again.
I am a wife and mother myself, based in Northern California. Watching the chubbiness in their little cheeks slowly disappear as they grow has only sparked that passion and allowed me to pour myself creatively into finding those magical details that truly fill our hearts as mothers.
When I'm not snapping away I like to try out new recipes, have dance parties with my daughter, watch Marvel movies with my son, relax with my hubby, hang out in my garden, drink wine with my bestie who happens to live down the street, and I recently took up yoga which I'm loving!
